1. Launch NSG Helpdesk

  • From your PC
  • From the Web

Log In:

  • Log in with your email address.

Access Support:

  • Submit a ticket, request a tech to call you, and chat.

2. Request Help

Submit a Ticket:

  • Click “Submit a Ticket” to get help with specific issues.

Chat with Support:

  • Click “Chat” to get immediate help.

    After Hours Support

    Emergency Support:

    • If you have an emergency, you can call our emergency support number at 501-758-6058.

    Non-Emergency Support:

    • For non-emergency issues, please submit a ticket through the app and we will respond during business hours.
