Project Manager

Why Work Here?

“We care. We’re a great team. We’re making a difference. This is an awesome place to work”

About the Job.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be helping clients upgrade, implement, and design large IT projects while making sure they get the best experience possible. That means communicating clearly, solving problems, and managing projects with a strong customer-first attitude.

At NSG, we don’t do cookie-cutter IT. We build real relationships with our clients so we can understand their people, their business, and their goals. Our job isn’t just to keep computers running—it’s to make IT support something they actually love.

Working with us.

Our team is the heart of what makes NSG different. We work hard, celebrate our wins together, and still believe in having a life outside of work. Culture fit matters most in every hire, because the right personality and customer service skills go just as far as technical ability.

We know our stuff when it comes to technology, but we don’t hide behind it. Humility, confidence, and a good sense of humor go a long way here.

Who We’re Looking For

We want a Project Manager who can connect with both people and technology. You’ll be leading projects, working directly with clients, and navigating high-pressure, highly technical environments. The right person knows how to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and balance technical expertise with genuine customer care.

You’ll work with things like:

• Windows Server and Windows OS
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange, DNS, TCP/IP
• Firewalls, VPNs, and Managed Switches (L2/L3)
• Server migrations, upgrades, and multi-server environments
• Dell & HP server and workstation configurations
• Malware troubleshooting and remediation

What We’d Like to See:

• 2+ years of network engineering or consulting experience
• Strong background in Windows-based servers and environments
• Hands-on success with planning and executing large IT projects
• Microsoft Server and Terminal Server expertise
If terms like TCP/IP, port forwarding, or VPNs sound like gibberish, this probably isn’t the role for you.

How to Apply

We get a lot of applications, so make yours stand out. Send us:

• Your resume
• A cover letter that tells your story
• Anything else that shows us why you’re the right fit

We want to see who you really are, not just where you’ve worked. Tell us something memorable. And don’t forget to include your favorite pizza toppings.
